The cottage was beautifully decorated, with every room designed to resemble an old Irish cottage. The attention to detail was very nice, from the antique bathtub to the old-fashioned toilet. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, including organic toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options for both adults and children. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and amazing coastlines. The owner was responsive and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic Irish experience.

Complimentary WiFi and private parking, what a treat! And let's not forget the thrill of having towels provided, oh the luxury!
It's such a shame that I couldn't enjoy a weird-smelling carpet, it really added that extra touch of sophistication to my stay.

The location of the cottage was perfect for a peaceful and quiet Easter break. It was situated in a rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of town. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and offered a chance to relax and unwind. Additionally, the cottage was well-placed for exploring nearby attractions, such as Derry and the stunning coastlines of Fanad Head and Horn Head. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with excellent heating and Wi-Fi. The private off-road parking and extensive garden were also great features.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. we found that there were not enough towels provided.

We appreciated the host's attention to detail, providing us with amenities such as towels and toiletries. the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area.
We did notice a slight musty smell upon entering the living room. the absence of an ironing board was a minor inconvenience.

The bathroom at Carnowen Cottage was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The shower and bath combo was perfect for relaxing tired muscles. I felt like I was in my own little spa retreat!
For me, the only downside was that there was only one bathroom. But hey, some people might not mind!
